Huge skies, sandy beaches and fresh air. Entertainment if you want it or solitude if you don't. Seals in winter, ice cream and candy floss in summer. Nearest beach 15 mins away.
From October to December each year hundreds of Grey Seals give birth to their pups on this stretch of the coastline. There's a visitor centre and wardens are on hand every day.

A lovely beach with a nice cafe and Cloud Bar (for looking at clouds, not drinking). There is a row of houses right on the sea bank which gives it an unusual atmosphere. There's a photo of them in the cabin.

Theddlethorpe Beach is definitely one for nature lovers. A superb unspoilt landscape of salt marshland and sands.
Saltfleetby Theddlethorpe Dunes are designated a National Nature Reserve and there are a range of habitats here; tidal sand and mudflats, salt and freshwater marshes and sand dunes. The marshes behind the beach are one of only a few location in the UK where the natterjack toad can be found.

Humberston Fitties. A quirky little 'village' and conservation area which started out as temporary accomodation for soldiers in the 1920s and now has around 300 chalets and houses all with their own character. Just over the sea wall near Cleethorpes and definitely worth a stroll around.

Lovely city with an amazing cathedral, art galleries, restaurants, shops and bars. Park near Bailgate/Cathedral and walk down (and back up sadly) Steep Hill, which has lovely shops and bars and belies Lincolnshire's 'flat' reputation.
