One of the best Pho's in Toronto; check out the long turf war between two family operated Pho restaurants: Tien Thanh (also on Ossington; this one if my personally fav: looks ghetto, but BOOM!)

I've been to many Pho Restaurants in Toronto (my girlfriend is a Pho fiend), and this is my personal fav! Great service, family operated, but get there early to avoid line ups.

You might need to take a street car during the winter to get here, but well worth it. Nice walk in warmer temps. Best burger joint in TO, even Beiber said so, and he's had the best of everything!
