The very best sushi to be found outside of Japan. Tiny little unassuming place a few blocks from my house, where all the true sushi elite go to enjoy sushi among like minded people. Very reasonably priced, expect line ups.

The Sylvia Hotel is quaint and genteel, housing a coffee shop and restaurant known for breakfast, lunch, brunch with a VIEW - lovely water view and people watching.

This restaurant is in a slightly seedy area but please do not be discouraged. All great things come to those who have adventurous natures. The SAI WOO is the real foody experience: its interior decor design is spectacular. This is a must see. The food is always interesting and changes to the menu keep its' devoted clients coming back. Not expensive. Not ideal for children or large groups.

Extremely rare old fashioned European cake and pastry shop with a little lunch restaurant in behind the bakery counter. The Bon Ton has not changed in 40 years. My Hungarian grandmother used to bring me here for tea and cakes. Go back in time to a bygone - DELICIOUS era. Highly recommended for cakes and pastries that cannot be found anywhere outside Budapest!
