Best Italian pizzas - better than Italy (we think). Other Italian dishes - very authentic. Also a fruit and vegetable shop and deli under the one roof.

Arts & Culture

This is difficult to categorise as it's a winery, restaurant and an amazing sculpture park on the cliff tops overlooking Western Port Bay and across to Philip Island. Don't miss this place. www.ptleoestate.com.au

This is free to attend (although they encourage you to make a donation if you like what you see) and you can picnic in the grounds amongst the sculptures or dine in the café / restaurant. Tell Derek in the café that Deb sent you and he will give you the extra special treatment! Great food, lovely menu and good wine list. https://www.mcclellandgallery.com/

Parks & Nature

If you love walking, this is one of my favourites. It will take you to a beach that you can only access on foot (or perhaps a helicopter!) You will very likely see a few kangaroos and other wildlife along the way - and the odd cow or two from the neighbouring farms. Pack a picnic if you like - and definitely your water bottle. You'll also see the lighthouse and beautiful coastline.

So much to see on Phillip Island. But most visitors want to see the cute fairy penguins.

Drinks & Nightlife

The Portsea pub is a must see. Call in for lunch overlooking the bay, or just a drink in the bar or in the garden. It's always busy cause it's a great pub with a reputation for being 'the place to be'.
