Food Scene
I think you will find something to suit every taste in Seaford. Just bear in mind that most of the restaurants stop serving around 8,30pm.
Stephano is an amazing host and is the owner/manager of this restaurant along with his wife serving delicious traditional Italian cuisine together with some British favourites. I have to say the fish and chips are the best I have ever tasted outside of a proper fish and chip shop. Post Covid you will need to book which I am happy to do for you.

The Shore is a brilliant bar/restaurant and a very lively place at weekends. Sadly with the loss of Seafords only nightclub a while ago and Covid 19 restrictions things are somewhat quieter now. However, a new management has taken over and hopefully they will breath some new life back to the place. To be fair this is budget dining, old fashioned pub grub. Having said that iIt offers a very good menu at very low prices. For the elderly, lunchtime and early evening it cannot be beaten, the food standard is very good and the building itself received a well earned makeover. I would say that after about 7.30 it starts to move into the younger style of bar. Good times can be had when bands and karaoke and planned but these will only reappear as restrictions subside.

32 Church StThis has been recently refurbished and is much more modern, personally I preferred the older look but things have to move on, food is still top drawer. The restaurant has now reopened and still extremely good, a real fish and chip experience. There is only one thing to beat it and that's out of the paper on the beach, which you can get from their takeaway.
This is a very small but a very big hitter when it comes to Chinese food. They offer an a la carte menu and an eat as much as you like option which is really good. The staff are extremely pleasant but you will need to book ahead especially at weekends.

The feedback from guests has been fairly positive. I have eaten there recently and I have to say it has improved greatly since the previous management have shipped out. At the end of the day it's pub food and that's as good as it will ever get at the Plough. I did have to make a complaint about my meal and apparently it was noted but no offered to compensate.
One positive is the beer garden is the best in Seaford.

The Seven Sisters is a real beauty spot and is wonderful for walking cycling and picnics. A cycle hire shop is based at Cuckmere Haven along with a coffee shop and usually an ice cream van. Visit the Belle Tout lighthouse that is now a B&B that was lifted (complete) and moved back from the cliff edge.

The North Laines in Brighton are a bustling array of independent traders with some unusual and exclusive things, several bars and food outlets. You will get a real sense of the past.

A big pub borne of an old shopping arcade, nice front terrace and generally good beer. They often have a band on Friday or Saturdays which gives a great night out. Again I have not eaten there but reports are generally very good.

Without a doubt the best positioned pub in Seaford with and outdoor area that is great for watching the world go by. The downside is the food is poor and so is the service. But don't feel you are being singled out, both locals and visitors are treated with the same contempt.

There are many coffee shops in Seaford but this is the best without question. The blend of coffee is excellent, good rich flavours and served at the correct temperature which is unique in Seaford.
You can be assured of a warm welcome by Baca himself.

Experience
A great place to have a few hours on the water for beginners and experienced alike. What could be better on a beautiful sunny day. I believe you do have to book. 01323 417023
