This is one of our favorite haunts. It has an amazing burger, wonderful beer selection, and the mac and cheese is too die for! We have had everything on the menu and we have yet to be disappointed. There are two other locations in Oak Park.

We have been here too many time to count. This is a great place for an easy lunch or dinner. Highly recommend the pot roast sandwich - yum!

This is another great spot for good food and a large beer selection. A large bar with a number of televisions to watch football or basketball game. There is also a dining room and large outdoor patio if you are not interested in sitting in the bar area.

We order deep dish chicago style pizza from this Lou's all the time. Great pizza! Don't forget to get the buttered crust : )

Frank Lloyd Home and Studio is a wonderful tour. It is about an hour and the tours fill up quickly. To ensure a spot you can register and pay online for the tours. There is also a walking tour (Wright Plus Walking Tour ) and a bike tour. These take you to other well known Wright homes in the area. Great thing to do on a beautiful day.

Mills Park and Pleasant Home is a lovely park to walk around and the Pleasant Home in the park is well maintained and beautiful. It is also very close to downtown Oak Park. They do offer tours of the home for $10.

One of the best places to get breakfast in Forest Park. It is a 1950's diner and has traditional breakfast food at a great price. There is no alcohol and it has diner coffee - just FYI. If you are headed there on a Saturday or Sunday morning, expect a wait.
