The key is in mixing the ingredients provided to make a delicious sauce to dip everything in. They give a complimentary plate of Korean-style fried chicken too which is surprisingly good. For the unlimited toppings, I get everything but the wasabi - that's seaweed flakes, sunflower seeds, furikake, fried shallots, green onions, pumpkin seeds, fish roe, fried garlic chips, chili flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds. I usually opt for a separate sauce option and add on some parmesan crisps as a premium option. And finally, I always choose white rice as my base. Enjoy!

Don't forget to hold on to your receipt - they usually allow returns or exchanges within a month.
There's also another outlet. It's closer to Casa Sabrina, only a 5-minute drive, but I find they don't carry as many items as the one in PKNS:
