'Ice' were featured in a Netflix seried called Dogs (episode 'Ice'; worth the watch to see this part of the lake in the wintertime).

Nesso is a real gem---authentic little town in the center of the Como leg of the lake. The apartment is in a historic, medieval part of the northern part (Borgovecchio). Be sure to take a stroll (comfortable shoes!) to see the roman bridge (ponte della civera). The cascade (the 'orrido') ensures that this is one of the most beloved --and popular for locals--places to take a swim. There's also a sweet little swimming dock abut 500 meters north of the apartment.

Nesso is a real gem---authentic little town in the center of the Como leg of the lake. The apartment is in a historic, medieval part of the northern part (Borgovecchio). Especially in high season is heavily touristed but remains worth a visit, especially its lesser known little neighborhoods like San Giovanni Battista (see the Netflix series Dogs, episode 'Ice' for a sweet, beautiful look at this part of the lake in winter). Consider treating yourself to cocktails or dinner at the Villa serbelloni hotel or its michelin star restaurant Mistral ... or simply enjoying a spritz or pizza at many other charming places. Lots of little shops with Italian silk or leather products.
