Wonderful tours offered, enjoyed by many of my guests. Recent guests went for a night kayak tour to see bioluminescence as they paddled. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect spot for casual outdoor dining. The food is high quality, delicious, and generous! Views of Eggemoggin Reach and the Deer Isle Bridge. 5 minute drive from the apartment.

Great take out menu but there is also a lovely screened in porch with comfortable seating. Blueberry pie goes quickly, if you see any on the counter when you get there, order some!

Filled with cute gifts, cards, kitchen ware, lovely linens, souveneirs worth giving. Great selection of books by local authors. There is a great variety of gifts and toys for children. My personal favorite: the lovely cashmere shawls to keep you cozy and chic!

Sightseeing
Just a short 10 minute drive from here, a small public beach and parking area from which you can see Pumpkin Lighthouse. This is a great place to watch the sunset. You can also see several islands and a main thoroughfare for boats leaving the Eggemoggin Reach for open ocean.

This suspension bridge is beautiful, completed in 1939 and beautifully maintained since. Just across the bridge there is a lovely public park and boat launch with soaring views of the bridge and the Eggemoggin Reach.

This island offers a remote part of Acadia National Park that not many people know exists. Accessible by mail boat Monday through Saturday except on legal holidays. For schedules and other info contact (isleauhautferryservice.com). The hiking is amazing and the views should not be missed!

Great views and cute shops, also quite a few good restaurants for casual fare. Catch the mail ferry to Isle au Haut at the wharf! Visit the granite museum to learn about quarrying. Drive on through Stonington village to Sand Beach, public access with stunning views!
