I'm adding Quality foods because they have "HANDS DOWN" the best Chinese food in town. And close to house. It's a deli/cafeteria style and closes at 7pm, most nights. Long lineups but there's a reason. Great prices and excellent helpings!!

Fun market for the kids and adults. Goats live on the roof of the building. A great sight. Farmers market and traditional aboriginal art, sculptures, tapestries, food, etc. Fun day trip.

Excellent day trip. Take the ferry over to Protection Island, there is a Pub there, The Dingy Dock, so food isn't a problem. Walk the island and experience a different sort of lifestyle. The true West Coast lifestyle. Ferry schedule is frequent and fares are reasonable!
