I think the best restaurant anywhere!!! Two Mai Tai's and you'll need a designated driver!!!! Beautiful sunset views right on the ocean, valet parking. Reservations recommended, but I never needed .

Great grilled burgers etc. Maui Winery across the street-taste some local grown wine!!! 20 minutes away in Ulupalakua. You will pass Oprah's mansion on the way if you go down Thompson Road to end.

Leodos restaurant is great. Ancient Hawaiian petroglyphs can be seen 1/2 mile down road behind store going up into valley!!! Incredible.

80-100ft waves on rare occasions in the winter!!! All the great big wave surfers are there. I was out there in Dec. 2004 in 80footers on my jet ski!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CRAZY is the only word.
