The view is stunning (the last picture is taken from the restaurant). You can walk from the house in less than 15 minutes and can also access it directly from the beach via steps that lead up to the restaurant. There is also plenty of parking. The food is excellent and it definitely worth a visit.

Lots of shops and restaurants just a 5 min drive away. Large supermarkets, fresh fish and fruit and veg stalls, bakeries and lovely port side restaurants.
Can also take ferries to the Islands from here rather than go into Piraeus.
