Part of the TransCanada Trail. This historic wooden train bridge has been fully renovated and is a must see. Take a picnic lunch and play around in the river below while looking up at the amazing structure.

Hike up to the summit and look out at the Cowichan Valley below. you will know you have reach the summit when you come across a large white cross. This is commonly known as The Walk to The Cross.

Hike up to the summit and look out at the Cowichan Valley below. you will know you have reach the summit when you come across a large white cross. This is commonly known as The Walk to The Cross.

A must see especially in the fall months during the Salmon run. But great all year round for a hike or picnic. There is also a educational centre down the trail where you can learn more about the unique eco-system in the area.

On a hot day this is the place to go! Its a Quarry that has filled up from an under group spring. The water is crystal clear and you can see 80 meters down into its depths.
Sugested to bring a life jacket for the kids or if you are not a strong swimmer.
