DILWORTH PARK, on the west side of City Hall, is a sustainable, well-maintained space with Dilworth Park Cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, a programmable fountain where children can play, a grassy lawn for lunch outings, and plenty of outdoor seating for all to enjoy an open-air oasis in the heart of Center City. In the winter months, enjy ice skating on the Rothman Ice Rink. The underground also serves as a gateway to SEPTA (orange line) and Suburban Regional Rail transportation systems. Admission Free open 7 days a week.
