This is the best Launch ramp to use, just down the street from the house. 4 lanes wide, plenty deep to launch at any time of day. Trailer and vehicle parking available.

Needles Marina Park has full hook-up camp spots, and is walking distance from the house. If you have other guests who would like to come up with RV's and stay here, this is a great option to consider

This 18 Hole Golf course is walking distance from the house. A pro shop, restaurant with bar and golf cart rentals are available. Golfing with river views is fantastic

The beautiful Topock Gorge is a short boat ride from the house. This area is amazing, and is a 5mph designated "no wake zone". Float through here on the way down to Sandbar / Havasu and be amazed

The Avi Casino is a short boat ride (or drive) up river from the house. We would say it is about 1/2 way between here and Laughlin. A quick trip here for some fun is recommended if you enjoy casinos
