They are incredibly kind at this cafe. They offer some vegans options, and have the most delicious bubble tea. They're vegan sandwich? It's an addiction.
Great if you want to work in a quiet spot with Wifi access.

If you're a health nut like us, The Big Carrot is a health grocery store (on the expensive side however) and also has a Juice Bar out front. DELICIOUS! And very friendly staff.

This is now my FAVOURITE cafe. The staff and owners are so friendly, and this place is a great little secret only the neighbourhood folk seem to share. It is peaceful, quiet, has wifi, has delicious pastries, sandwiches and great tasting coffee. Plus, having been born and raised in Montreal, the unique way they make their poutine might make it the best I've ever had, anywhere! (SHHHH! That, I do not say lightly!!)

Fan of Jamaican Cuisine? This place is a bit of a staple to the locals, even before Drake and Rihanna filmed "Work" there. Although I haven't been, it's been on my list and I hear nothing but good things!!

That amazing view I was telling you about? This is it! The highway right on front of it makes the view clear to see the beautiful skyline of downtown. Below the street, there is a big field where you can run track, play baseball, or just set up a blanket and take in the view. You can also cross to the other side and explore the paths.

Below the street, there is a big field where you can run track, play baseball, or just set up a blanket and take in the view. You can also cross to the other side and explore the paths.
This is a great spot to get away, relax, take in some sun and read a good book. Although on weekends a bit crowded, I can tell you some secret spots that are private and quiet. They are a bit of a trek further that you see on the map here, but WORTH IT!!!
