Run by a Top Chef contestant and they take reservations. Food is served family style. Pricey (good place to take people if someone else is paying :P). The restaurant is downtown and has really nice views. We took fam there last week, and everyone enjoyed it.

This place serves the greatest hits of Pok Pok (famous Portland Thai). It's more casual but easier to get into than Pok Pok. I'd check to see if their outdoor patio is open. That being said, I heard that the new Pok Pok in NW takes reservations https://reserve.com/r/pok-pok-nw
