Getting Around
This is the nearest intersection, just a hundred yards from our home. You can catch two different bus lines from here to Forest Hills, which is the nearest train stop. If you'll be here more than a few hours, be sure to purchase a 24 hour pass. That pays for all buses and trains within the Boston and surrounding areas.

Food Scene
This is right around the corner...we can see it from our back deck. It's decent food for a decent price. They serve breakfast and lunch and are open until 2pm. We've eaten there plenty of times...very busy on a Sunday morning!

Great place to get a drink, watch some sports or eat some pub food. Steak tips are great! This is on the street behind us...we can see it from our deck. They have music, but it doesn't usually get too rowdy since it's a neighborhood pub.

Home of the brambles! A delectable, flaky crusted, jam filled pastry. YUM!! Also has amazing cookies, tartlets, and bite sized delectables. Also serves coffee and is next door to my favorite sub/pizza shop...Real Deal.
