Getting Around

Just 1 mile from the house (20 min walk), this Link Light Rail stop is part of the only train line in Seattle and has access to some highlights such as SEA-TAC airport, Columbia City, Beacon Hill, the International District, the stadiums, downtown, Capitol Hill, and the University of Washington.

One of our favorite restaurants for special occasions. Lively and bustling Italian restaurant tucked into the Beacon Hill neighborhood. Can eat here and then walk to a couple of the local watering holes within a block or two.

My wife's favorite lunch place! This is a fairly inexpensive place for a quick bite of Poké (a raw hawaiin dish). You can get your food to go, and walk across the street to a new tap room to enjoy a beer for a great dinner experience. Both have outdoor seating in the summer.

This is a great Hawaiian fusion place that's located right on the docks, across the Sound from downtown Seattle. The patio is large, the food is good, the view is of the city is incredible, and the sound of the water is lovely.
