Centrally located between the historic cities of Kingston and Brockville and only a 3 mins drive from the bridge to the USA. This property is a few hundred metres to the boat launch, thousand island tours, and Rockport Barn and in the middle of everything you could want to enjoy the summer.

Stunning 360 degree views of the majestic St. Lawrence River. This tiny, basic cottage is accessible only by boat and offers an 80’ concrete dock. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. No wifi but excellent cell service. Cottage is basic but views are fantastic. Scorpion Island is a unique experience in the heart of the 1000 Islands just east of Gananoque. Drive up to the Phoenix House for a cabin that serves as a gateway to the 200+ acres of hiking trails just outside your door. Heated with a wood stove with solar power for lights and cooking, this cabin has it all! Snuggle up with a good book in the window seat of dreams (which can also be used as a single bed) or lay back on the comfortable double bed as the afternoon sun drifts in the windows.

This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
