“I LOVE having breakfast here. If you are up to something else in Bath (yoga, beaches, Maritime museum) you should start at Mae's . In their own words: We offer an amazing array of baked goods, GLUTEN FREE AND PALEO treats and fresh baked Cinnamon Swirl Bread! Our menu can easily be modified to accommodate gluten free, vegetarian and Paleo diets! They have been written up a lot in the press, most notably for their blueberry pie in Down East Magazine. “We told our last guest about Salt Pine Social and she ate dinner there both nights of her stay. Local and very tasty It is on the spendier side however the menu is unique and lovingly prepared. The vibe of the restaurant is very friendly, and chill, a spot locals frequent... so you'll see lots of people greeting and chatting one another up at the bar and the tables. There is a bright casual dining room area, but there is also an area with smaller tables near the bar that is our favorite place to sit. The sisters that own and run SPS along with a spouse are always there and always say hello to us. 20 minutes away A great dinner option on your way to the cabin, or after a beach day. ”
