Best value and quality of meat in the area! We love the hard working owners who really show what pride they put into their family-owned business. They've taken local to a new level as well as they raise some of the meat on their own farm north of the city. House smoked sausages, great cuts of meat, deli meats and cheeses. And if they don't have what you want at the moment (like de-boned chicken thighs), chances are that they will cut/debone up for you, as a proper butcher should. Love these guys.
