You can’t beat the dense artisan sourdough bread at Flinders Sourdough Breads on Cook Street (behind Flinders Bakehouse, it is a little confusing as there are two bread shops next door to each other), Flinders Sourdough bakes in the original Flinders’ wood fired scotch oven. 100% organic, wholegrain and hand made. They also make a wickedly delicious home-style granola and have a gelato bar in summer.
