HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! One of our favorite places -- fantastic views and walking, right in the middle of Great Bay. Lesser known and very peaceful.

Description: Adams Point juts out from the west into Great Bay, New Hampshire's second largest estuarine system. Fed by the tidal waters of the Piscataqua River that forms the boundary between NH&Me.

Short scenic drive from downtown Newmarket. Beautiful short walk through hiking trails in the backyard of the Great Bay. Some great spots to skip rocks and walk alongside the waterfront or observe wildlife such as horse shoe crabs, geese, seals.
