Beaver Creek can be worth the drive, especially if you want to test your legs on their bumps

Drive just 15 minutes east on I-70, exit Avon and head up to Beaver Creek. Exclusive and pricey, but oh so lovely. Less crowded than Vail and great for families with young children. Fantastic ski school as well. Shopping, fine dining, ice skating. A place to make memories.
