The Parade Tearooms situated at the bottom of Castle Road on the Common is another favourite for afternoon tea or breakfast. Housed in the superbly renovated old sub-station building on Western Parade, they are located directly on Southsea Common in Portsmouth, with beautiful views, whatever the weather, all year round. Serving breakfast, lunches and high teas every day. Opening Times: Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm Weekends 8.am to 5pm
