Construite sur une ancienne cité étrusque, la ville a été le décor du second opus de la saga vampiresque Twilight.

Capital of ancient Etruria and a very well preserved renaissance Tuscan town. A nice 45 minute drive through Tuscany (30 minutes if you are an ex rally driver like I was 😂!).

Volterra is a small medieval town founded by the Etruscans on the top of a hill. It has beautiful buildings, an important museum of Etruscan finds and a Roman theater. It is very nice to walk in the alleys tasting local cheeses and wine.
