Azabu-Juban’s Noryo-Matsuri is one of Tokyo’s most famous summer festivals. Held over one weekend at the end of August, the festival has a rich 40-year history and sees local vendors gather along Patio-dori and Zoshiki-dori. Experience this festival with so much food and fun!
