It is a small park on an island in the lake Victoria . You can get the by boat just 5 minutes ride from capripoint Sanane island national park offices.

A beautiful little island whih is protected by the government. Visit if you want to enjoy being on the lake and are up or a little adventure including hiking and riding a bike as you explore a nature reserve on the lake. You can organise your visit at the Saanane Offices which you pass by on the road to Bahati (so just follow the road toward town to find the offices which are just up from Tilapia)

Listed as one of the Top 10 things to do in Mwanza by TripAdvisor. While it isn't a breath-taking park, it is a nice place to visit for peace and tranquility.
