Here you can catch the train to go along the coastline to Cascais or the boat to go to Cacilhas, on the other side of the river Tejo and eat the best sea food (check the restaurant O Farol).

Here you can catch a train until Cascais (there are several beaches until there, my favorites are Carcavelos and Praia da Torre) or take a boat to the other side of the river!

It is not too far to walk to Cais de Sodré or you can take the tram or bus. From there you can use the metro system.
