This is a great spot because there is a CVS, a Bagel shop on one side of the street. The other side has a donut shop, Starbucks and Pavillions grocery store.

They have a nice terrace where you can enjoy your drinks. Also, next door is Fresh and Easy where you can stop and get some groceries.
