It was a home for a great novelist called “Martin Wickramasinghe” he has written many great novels. Late this place converted into a folk museum. Many exhibit items are shown the wider angle of customs of Sri Lanka. Also guests able to observe about the great novelist used things in past and the original writings of him. Next to Koggala Lake situated folk museum which present old Ceylon living style. The place was a home to a great novelist called Mr. Martin Wickramasinghe who written many valuable books. The exhibits are well displayed for having great knowledge. A great place to explore the Sinhala Tradition easily. Old Ceylon equipment properly displayed in here by preserving an old history. Also having great ambience among the river bank of Koggala will never forget you.
