This place is a jewel. Finally, I can have cake or a pastry that reminds me of a true French patisserie. The focus is on quality, not on size (which is a North American obsession). Each piece is made with love and shows great artistry in decorating. It is a young business, but it already has a crowd of enthusiastic customers, to which I belong. I love how they constantly come up with the delightful new ideas, different from anything else available in Edmonton.
