In Mabini Street entrance of Citystate, they have tour package that goes directly to Puerto Galera Beach. Recommended: SYKAT tour. Puerto Galera is a midscale beach that is frequented by Manila local residents. The ferry has 3 stop-overs, Sabang(ugly and sleazy), White Beach(young crowd, Manila's fave), Puerto Galera Tamaraw proper(last stop and family and kid-friendly). White Beach is the young crowd, while the last stop Puerto Galera proper is for families who want more quiet beach vacations. Puerto Galera is a nice underrated affordable beach that can be reached without taking domestic flights.
