Breathtaking natural formations dating back to the volcanic period helped form this distinctive region. Well worth the 30-40 minute drive to experience. Be careful on warm days.

Sometimes describes as stepping into a Dr. Suess book, this is a natural wonder that is worth taking the time out to see.

The most incredible hiking around! It is literally otherworldly. Bring some cash for parking.

Tent rocks are tee pee shaped goelogic features and the slot canyon hike is amazing, very narrow canyon with hues of grey walls winding along

Experience the unusual geology of this area created by the ash (tuft) from a massive volcanic eruption millions of years ago from a still active volcano 60 miles away. Short, strenuous canyon hike with gorgeous mountain, canyon, and lake views at the top.
