The Botanic Gardens has many easy walking tracks, a children's playground, and nice cafe. They often host music and children events during the summer.

Beautiful rose gardens, a winter garden and winding walks with sculptures. Perfect for runners, walkers and picnickers. There's a cafe by the rose garden if you don't have a picnic and fancy a snack or coffee.

Good walks through the bush, you can incorporate the cable car and carter observatory as part of this

It is very good rose garden and hothouse.

Very good cafe called Picnic at a the rose garden. Also the Cable Car goes up there from the city.
