Ristorante Molino dei Rossi: best local homemade food in a charming family restaurant. The restaurant is set up in an old water mill and the main room is the old milling chamber, with stone walls, a big fireplace and the sound of the water falling just outside the window. I strongly advice you to taste pansoti, a local stuffed pasta, dressed with salsa di noci (nut sauce), pesto or mushroom sauce. Stuffed mussels are another delicious speciality.
