Large park with entertainment and areas to play sports like Ultimate Frisbee, baseball, including a children's playground and several swimming pools, all free for everyone to use.

Christie Pitts is the ultimate tobogganing experience in the winter! Walk over there with the kids and enjoy a few hours of super sledding! It's cheap and easy to do and I highly recommend it if you would like to embrace the Canadian outdoors! They even have an outdoor skating rink if you want to pick up a game of hockey. In the summer you can totally take advantage of the baseball diamond, soccer fields, playground, and public swimming pool. Or just people watch on the giant grassy slopes and get a tan!

This park is a major neighbourhood hub with a public swimming pool, baseball diamond, kids park, and occasional evening movie screenings in the summer and a skating rink in the winter.
