Fælledparken is big and lovely green park in the middle of the big city. There is plenty of grass where everyone is going to sunbathe in the summer, playing ball and grilling in the evening. The lake Soppesøen, which I recommend here is for families with children. There is a large fenced area, with child resistant doors. There are grasses and all possible medical gear in addition to a large artificial lake for children. The water goes an adult to the ankle. It's a great place for kids and it's free.
