The freshest, most innovative pasta place in the city. Don't be daunted by the line, it goes fast. A must for any visit!
It's only open for weekday lunch, and the line can be long (we've waited an hour), but I have never been disappointed by the fresh pasta here. There are only three dishes a day, and they are always fantastic.
The lines are ridiculously long for this homemade pasta restaurant open for lunch only in Pioneer Square, but you will get food if you are patient. Better yet, show up between 2pm-3pm when the line has mostly evaporated. The prosciutto plate with pickled celery is a great side dish.
Best pasta this side i’ve every had. Be prepared to wait 1 hour in line for food. Don’t forget to get the focaccia bread!
