One of our favorite day-trips. Take the ferry out and have lunch and walk around this amazing Maine Island located in Casco Bay - it's owned by a local family and well worth the trip.

If you want to visit Chebeague Island the easiest way is to take the Ferry from Yarmouth (about 15-20 minutes away). We love to take the Ferry out and have drinks and small plates on the inn's porch

The best place to watch the sunset on the island is at the Chebeague Island Inn. You can see it from the driveway and is worth the walk up the hill to have drinks and enjoy a sunset.
