A top comedy venue on the circuit. Shambles on Mondays is a favourite night among newcomers and is a great night out for the audience, too, who get to vote on their favourite acts. Top comedians also do full shows here, such as the 2014 Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award winner, John Kearns. There’s also live music. The bar itself is lively—open until 1 am weekdays and until 2:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays. It has 2-for-1 cocktails and pizza deals on Monday, plus happy hour Sunday to Friday 6-8 pm.

If you are into great rock music in a pub, head over to Aces & Eights. They do amazing pizza on Mondays (2 x £12) and host some of the best comedy acts & live music in London on their upper floor.

The Fortess Road venue (opposite Tufnell Park tube) is the best pub around. Best pizza in town and/or favourite late night venue.
