quite dangerous depending on the water level, shoes are highly recommended for using the slides for protection. At the bottom of the steps head to the left, there are more mild slides and swimming holes to relax in. There is also a rock you can jump off in this area too. If you head right from the stairs about a mile up is flat rock. During high water levels this turns into another slide that is really smooth and can be a blast.
