The last Tuesday of every month at The Virgil, Warp Zone is a free show that gets some of the biggest alternative comedy stars: Pete Holmes, T.J. Miller, a lot of guys from Comedy Bang! Bang!, Kamail Nanjiani who’s on Silicon Valley. It’s a New Yorky-feeling club—as if the independent comedy audience from Brooklyn was brought in to Silver Lake. Tuesdays the happy hour begins at 7 p.m. and goes late night.

It's a bar but they also have a great comedy show every Monday Night hosted by Kristen Schaal called Hotub its' $10 and some of the best comedy in town

It's a multi-room 1920's style saloon and music venue. Check their calendar online for comedy nights, dance parties and more. The taco truck that parks outside is also pretty good.
