This historical park is nice since it combines a small ZOO with exotic animals. At the end of the walk through the zoo there is the entrance to the historical park (Guayaquil´s 1800s replica) and a hotel with a restaurant (right in front of the river) which is relaxing and worth to have a snack and…

“There are many restaurants to choose from, with lovely outdoor patios. The plaza itself is beautiful - I reccomend to go early in order to get good parking. My favorite place is the Crab Restaurant (La Pata gorda). El Corte Steakhouse is my husband option to go. We had cocktails at the Mexican place, and seafood from the Italian place, sitting at a table on the patio. The selection is nice and absolutely gorgeous retail and dining Area.”
