À propos de ce logement
The Corson Building opened its doors as a restaurant in 2008. Originally built in the first part of the last century, the building was constructed as a home. Initially intended as such, we have honored that mentality in its current incarnation as an eatery as well as an event space. Anchored by a deep respect and connection for this magnificent region we call home, we strive to offer a dining experience unique to the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by the natural abundance that surrounds us and the dynamic and vibrant city we live in, The Corson Building is designed to celebrate all that these things have to offer. The ever-changing bounty of our local ecosystem—in concert with thoughtfully sourced ingredients from afar—are the backbone of what we do. Our food and beverage menus are wholly inspired by years of building relationships with the farmers, wine makers, importers, foragers and artisans that we love, honor and respect.

A gorgeous old home converted into a farm-to-table restaurant that serves a la carte menus on Thursday-Friday and prix fixe on Saturdays and Sundays. A full culinary experience.

Hands-down our favorite restaurant in Seattle, this place is a splurge. Fancy, small, intimate dining experience which serves a daily menu of seasonal American fare family-style at communal tables in a 1910 house.

A must-see 1910 Italian stonemason’s cottage in industrial Georgetown. Worth the price to attend on of Matthew Dillons famous communal style dinners.

Café
“My go-to neighborhood coffee spot. They make pretty latte art too. They have a good selection of sweet goodies to go with your coffee. Savory food is limited; they have breakfast muffins but you have to heat them up yourself. I love the neighborhood vibe here so you get a good mix of people reading their books, drawing, and chatting with friends, rather than just rows and rows of people sitting with their laptops. ”
