One word... Flamingos. What’s loved about this zoo is it’s an easy walkthrough and you ACTUALLY SEE the animals. They are awake, out and about. Just a 20 minute ride north of here, it’s worth it at $25/pp.
Go early to enjoy the animal shows, there are plenty of beautiful animals to see in a very nice setting, there is a fountain where the kids love to run through so make sure to bring their swim suits. There is also a small little train ride and a carousel for the children.
Fun local zoo. It’s not the biggest in the world but has tigers, sloths, monkeys, etc. You may want to bring the kids bathing suits as there is a fountain system that all the kids seem to love running through!
