Wonderful steaks, seafood, and pizza from a real pizza oven.

It is local, ranchy, rustic with good food and an old bar. They have barn dances on summer Friday's and they are close to Overlook Guesthouse. I love their salmon caesar salad, but their grilled beef is outstanding also.

Check out the Loading Chute in Creston for fresh ranch to table steaks and delicious seafood and salad. I promise it’s worth the drive especially if you splurge and get the grasshopper pie for dessert. Local tip: go early and stop at the Long Branch Saloon in Creston for a drink. Their outdoor seating is wonderful on warm afternoons. While your there cross the street and check out Creston and Company for local handmade wares, western clothing and hand tooled leather goods.
