“The Garage Bar is situated in the hub of Temple Bar and is definitely one of a kind with 1930's petrol pumps, tyres, car fronts, walls adorned with images of rock and roll icons and sawdusted floors. The music policy is simply rock and roll, though in all its' guises from Northern Soul to Motown, Punk to New Wave and Indie. Open late from Wednesday through to Sunday with a selection of some of the best dj's in the city spinning til 2.30 am. ”

“This 22-acre park at the top of Grafton Street is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city's streets. Take time out to explore the tree lined walks, shrubbery and colourful flowerbeds around the lake. On weekends the railings of St Stephen's Green become an al fresco art gallery as local artists set up shop to display and sell their work. While lunchtime concerts are performed in the park during the summer months.”
