RISE is an acronym for Recreation, Information, Socialising and Entertainment, - a community centre & library. For me though it has a gym with casual sessions for workouts and in yoga etc.

The rise is a community complex that has a gym, library and creche. It is also home to the Maylands Night Markets during summer. The gym offers group fitness classes and the opening hours are: Opening Hours Monday to Friday 6am - 9pm Saturday/Sundays 8am - 6pm
